Art description:

In the second lunar month of the Chinese calendar, spring arrives and flowers come into bloom. The pure white yulan magnolia flowers are particularly impressive when in bloom. These striking flowers with unfolding leaves and petals can be found in every corner of Shanghai at this time of year. The flowers’ fragrance spreads on the spring breeze, gladdening the heart and refreshing the mind. This expanse of white flowers allows people to become lost in wild and fanciful thoughts and purify their spirits. The yulan magnolia flowers are elegant and noble.
