Member of China Sculpture Institute Member of the Sculpture Committee, China National Arts and Crafts Society Member of Sculptors’ Society of Hong Kong. In his professional career, Ma Tianyu has received multiple major awards, such as the Ikuo Hirayama Award, Guanghua Award, 2008 Olympics Landscape Sculpture International Competition Silver Award, the Nomination Award of the 12th National Exhibition of Fine Arts, etc. His art works are collected by many prestigious organizations, including the National Museum of China, the Chinese Ministry of Public Security, Henan Art Museum, Wanda Group and Taipei 101.

该浮雕壁画以20世纪初上海外滩万国建筑群和21世纪浦东建筑群为创作蓝本，采用装饰艺术的形式风格和比例压缩的浮雕艺术手法，塑造近百年间上海生生不息的繁荣景象。画面中硬朗单纯和逐渐扩散的线条，与建筑互渗透叠，予观众无穷的张力和视觉冲击，诉说着创造无限财富的沪上传奇。

Art description:

This relief mural is inspired by the exotic building clusters in the Bund of Shanghai at the beginning of 20th century and the building clusters in Pudong in the 21st century. Adopting the form and style of decorative art and the proportional compression technique of relief art, it depicts the perpetual prosperity of Shanghai over the past 100 years. The persistent, succinct and radiating lines in the back penetrate and interweave with the buildings, bringing endless tension and visual impact to the audience and telling a Shanghai legend of unlimited wealth creation.
