Art description:

Wang Qiuren boldly introduced straight lines into the landscape painting. Whether crude or fine, the lines are imposed forthrightly on mountaintops, trees and rocks, so that the sense of gentleness and moderateness of traditional Chinese art is shattered into pieces, and a unique aesthetic of rough engraved rock is unexpectedly born. The solid geometric surfaces become those of the rocks and contribute to the heaviness of the mass. There is a strange sense of reality that transcends history and points to eternity.
