This Statement applies to Wanda Hotels & Resorts and all of hotels managed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts.
By using any of our products or services and/or by agreeing to this Statement, e.g., in the context of registering for any of our products or services, you understand and acknowledge that we will collect and use personal information as described in this Statement.
Please note that this Statement does not apply to our processing of personal information on behalf of and subject to the instructions of third parties such as airlines, car rental companies and other service providers, companies that organize or offer packaged travel arrangements, marketing partners, or corporate customers.

1.Data Collection
We collect personal information directly from you, information about you from other persons/entities/online channels, and automatically when you use our website or other Wanda Hotels & Resorts digital channels, and through certain offerings or services available at Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties (such as WI-FI). We provide more details in the sections below. In particular, we collect and use information about you if you (or someone on your behalf) make a reservation to stay at a Wanda Hotel & Resorts property, participate in the loyalty program, or interact with us through other Wanda Hotels & Resorts digital channels. You do not have to provide us with your personal information in order to use our website; in some cases, however, we may not be able to provide services to you without your personal information (for example, we would not be able to complete a requested booking or enroll you in our rewards program). At touchpoints throughout your guest journey, we collect Personal Data in accordance with the law, and to serve you better. Personal Data is information that may identify you as an individual or relate to you as an identifiable individual. We collect and process the following types of Personal Data about you:
•Name
•Gender
•Postal address
•Telephone number
•Email address
•Financial information (such as credit and debit card number or other payment data)
•Language preference
•Date of birth
•Nationality, passport, visa, or other government-issued identification data
•Important dates: birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions
•Membership or loyalty program data (including travel partner program affiliations)
•Employer details (for business-related bookings)
•Travel itinerary, tour group, or activity data
•Prior guest stays or interactions, goods and services purchased, special service and amenity requests
In more limited circumstances, we may also collect:
•Data about family members and companions, names and ages of children
•Biometric data
•Images, video and audio data via: security cameras located in public areas, such as hallways and lobbies.
In order to meet your requirements or provide you with a specific service (such as dietary requirements), we may have to collect sensitive information, such as information concerning race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, union membership, or details of health or sexual orientation. In this case, we will only process this data if you provide your express prior consent.
If you submit any Personal Data about other people to us or our Service Providers (e.g., if you make a reservation for another individual), you represent that you have the authority to do so and you permit us to use the data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Personal data may be collected on a variety of occasions, including:
1. Hotel activities:
•Booking a room
•Checking-in and paying
•Hotel stays and services provided during a stay
•Eating/drinking at the hotel bar or restaurant during a stay
•Requests, complaints and/or disputes.
2. Participation in marketing programs or events:
•Signing up for the loyalty program
•Participation in customer surveys (for example, the Guest Satisfaction Survey)
•Subscription to newsletters, in order to receive offers and promotions via email.
3. Transmission of information from third parties:
•Tour operators, travel agencies (online or not), GDS reservation systems and others
4. Internet activities:
•Connection to Wanda Hotels & Resorts websites (IP address, cookies in accordance with our Policy about the use of tracers)
•Online forms (online reservation, questionnaires,).


2.The legal basis for processing your personal data
We are committed to collecting and using your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We collect, use and share your information where we have an appropriate legal basis to do this.
This may be because:
•You have provided your consent to us using the personal information;
•Our use of your information is necessary to perform our contract with you, for example, making and managing your booking and operating and providing services in connection with our Loyalty Program in accordance with the terms of our agreement with you;
•Our use of your information is necessary to meet responsibilities we have to our regulators, tax officials, law enforcement, or otherwise meet our legal responsibilities;
•Our use of your information is in our legitimate interest as a commercial organization, for example, to operate and improve our services and to keep people informed about our products and services (including for profiling and targeted advertising) – in these cases we will look after your information at all times in a way that is proportionate and respects your privacy rights and you have a right to object to processing of your information.

3.Data Protection
Wanda Hotels & Resorts is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the information that you provide to us. To do this, technical, physical and organizational security measures are put in place to protect against any unauthorized access, disclosure, damage or loss of your information. The collection, transmission and storage of information can never be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, we take steps to ensure that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect your information. To this end, we have taken technical measures (such as firewalls) and organizational measures (such as a user ID/password system, means of physical protection etc.) to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
Wanda Hotels& Resorts employs a robust team of dedicated information security professionals who are responsible for managing Wanda Hotels & Resorts security program. This team is responsible for, among many other things, monitoring our systems for potential intrusions, responding to potential incidents, supporting property-level information security, regularly reviewing and updating the security controls Wanda Hotels & Resorts uses to protect data, and providing training on Wanda Hotels & Resorts’ information security program.
We require third parties with whom we share personal information to exercise reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
We will never ask you to send us confidential personal information or payment card information via email or text message.
In the event of a security incident, Wanda Hotels & Resorts will notify regulators and/or consumers as required by applicable laws and regulations.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section, below.


4.International Data Transfers
As we operate via a global network of corporate offices, reservations and service centers, data centers and hotels, it may be necessary to transfer your information, for example, information collected in connection with making a reservation or your stay at a Wanda hotel, joining in our loyalty program Wanda Club or interacting with us through our websites, emails or our other digital channels to China, where Wanda Hotels & Resorts Headquarters is located. The information that you provide us during the course of a reservation or through the provision of any other services may be transferred to any of our Wanda Hotels & Resorts affiliated entities and Wanda hotels around China for the purposes of carrying out or facilitating these services. It will also be necessary to transfer this information to other entities, including, without limitation, our Wanda Hotels & Resorts hotels, partners and our service providers in China.
Where we transfer information that originates in the country outside of China to mainland China, we will take steps to make sure such transfer is carefully managed to protect your privacy rights:
•Transfers within the Wanda Group will be covered by an agreement entered into by members of the Wanda Group (an intra-group agreement) which contractually obliges each member to ensure that your information receives an adequate and consistent level of protection wherever it is transferred within the Wanda Hotels & Resorts;
•where we transfer your data outside of the Wanda Hotels & Resorts including to other companies providing us with a service, we will obtain contractual commitments and assurances from them to protect your information. Some of these assurances are well-recognized certification schemes such as standard contractual clauses;
•We will only transfer personal information to China or countries which are recognized as providing an adequate level of legal protection or where we can be satisfied those alternative arrangements are in place to protect your privacy rights; and
•Any requests for information we receive from law enforcement or regulators will be carefully validated before personal information is disclosed.
When we otherwise transfer personal information between jurisdictions, we will take such steps as required by local law in an effort to ensure that such transfer is managed to protect your privacy rights.


5.Disclosure pursuant to legal obligations or to protect the safety and security of people and property.
Wanda Hotels & Resorts will disclose personal information as required by law. Examples of such disclosures include when countries require Wanda Hotels & Resorts to collect personal data about visitors to properties in that country, when a law enforcement agency serves a valid subpoena on Wanda Hotels & Resorts, and when a civil litigation serves a lawful discovery request on Wanda Hotels & Resorts. Wanda Hotels & Resorts may elect to share personal information with law enforcement or others as necessary to protect the safety and security of people and property, to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain, and to respond to an emergency.


6.Cookie and Other Data
Cookie What is a cookie: A “cookie” is a small text file that is placed onto an internet user’s web browser or device and is used to remember as well as obtain information about that part. You might be assigned a cookie when visiting our websites or other digital channels. In some instances, where permitted under the applicable law, cookies may also be used for the purposes of certain email campaigns.
We collect certain data from cookies, which are pieces of data stored directly on the computer or mobile device that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect browser type, time spent on the online services, pages visited, referring URL, language preferences, and other aggregated traffic data.
Functional Cookies – these cookies support the use of the website and enable certain features to enhance your experience. For example, we use functional cookies to facilitate your reservation and to remember your selections as you move from page to page. We also use functional cookies for remembering things like your sign-in information and hotel preferences to avoid you having to re-enter it.
Performance Cookies – these cookies collect information needed to support the website and our applications and allow us to improve our website and identify any problems that you faced while visiting us. For example, performance cookies may provide us with information about how you came to our website and how you navigated around our website during your visit. We also use these cookies to provide us with certain statistical and analytics information, such as how many visitors came to our website or how effective our advertising is.
Targeting Cookies – these cookies are used to collect information from you to help us to improve our products and services as well as serve you with targeted advertisements that we believe will be relevant for you. We use targeting cookies across our websites and applications for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Third Party Advertising:
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may interest you when you access and use the online services or other websites. To serve such advertisements, these companies place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through use of pixel tags).
Other Data
Your browser or device:
We collect certain data through your browser or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Apple), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, internet browser type and version and the name and version of the online services you are using. We use this data to ensure that the online services function properly.
Pixel Tags and other similar technologies:
We collect data from pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs), which are used with some online services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the online services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Online Services.
Your IP Address:
We collect your IP address, a number that is automatically assigned to the device that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP address is identified and logged automatically in our server log files when a user accesses the online services, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. We use IP addresses to calculate usage levels, diagnose server problems and administer the online services. We also may derive your approximate location from your IP address.


7.Use of WI-FI Service
When you use the WI-FI service in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, we may collect and process certain additional information.
What information we collect
Registration and User-Provided Information:
When you register to use the WI-FI service in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, we may collect personal information about you including your last name, your Wanda Club member, your room number and, depending on your location and applicable law, other personal information (such as your mobile phone number).
Device Identifiers:
In the course of providing WI-FI service, we may automatically collect a device identifier (such as your IP address, MAC address, device name or other unique identifier) for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device you use to access WI-FI in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties. A device identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your device when you access WI-FI in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, and we may identify your device by its device identifier. When you use WI-FI in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, we may view your device identifier and use this information to enhance our service. We may associate your device identifier with other information about you, such as your Wanda Club member number.
Other device information: 
We may also automatically record certain information from your device including, device type, the web pages, apps or sites that you visit, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use WI-FI (Internet activity information). While this information is generally pseudonymous and/or aggregated, this information may be associated with your Wanda Club member number and/or persistent identifiers. This data helps us to manage our networks and provides us with information about the use of WI-FI. We do not, however, collect and process the contents of email communications or other electronic communications you send or receive when using WI-FI.
Location information: 
We may collect information about your location through your use of the WI-FI services we provide at our hotels to enable us to improve our service and provide certain services to you such as customized offers and promotions.


8.Data retention periods
We generally only keep your information for as long as is reasonably required for the purposes explained in this privacy policy. In some cases, we keep transactional records (which may include your information) for longer periods if necessary to meet legal, regulatory, tax or accounting needs. We will also retain information if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation. We maintain a data retention policy which we apply to the records we hold. When we destroy your personal information, we do so in a way that prevents that information from being restored or reconstructed.


9.Link to other Sites
Our websites and applications contain links to websites that are maintained and/or controlled by non-affiliated parties. In some instances, these websites may be co-branded and display our logos or other trademarks. You can always tell whether you are on one of our websites by checking the uniform record locator ("URL”) on the page that you are visiting. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these websites as their privacy practices may differ from ours.


10.Use of Service by Children and Minors
Our websites are not intended for children and we do not intentionally solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we are notified or otherwise discover that a minor’s personal information has been improperly collected, we will take all commercially reasonable steps to delete that information. In limited instances, we may have a campaign or program targeted toward children. In these instances, details on the information practices will be presented within the terms and conditions of the program or campaign.


11.Changes to this Privacy Statement
In some instances, we may have to change, modify or amend this Privacy Statement in order to comply with the evolving regulatory environment or the needs of our business. Subject to any applicable legal requirements to provide additional notice, any changes to this Privacy Statement will be communicated through our websites. However, if there will be changes made to the use of your personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will take appropriate steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on our website for 15 working days prior to the changes taking effect or by emailing you. We will obtain your consent to such changes where required to do so by applicable law.

I. Individual Customer Loyalty Program Terms

(I) Individual Customer Loyalty Program

1. Overview
Members of Wanda Club Individual Customer Loyalty Program can earn points through eligible consumption in any Wanda Hotels & Resorts branded hotels. According to the consumption frequency, we offer five membership tiers (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) and invited members. Members are entitled to exclusive discounts, points, and premium benefits based on their membership tiers at the Wanda Hotels & Resorts branded hotels participating in this Membership Program.

2. Membership Qualification and Registration Channels
(1) Membership Qualification
As per the law in the area of jurisdiction, any person above the age of legal majority and who has read and agrees to Wanda Club Individual Customer Loyalty Program Terms & Rules can apply for the membership for free.
(2) Enrollment Channels
A person can apply for the membership by:
① Registering on the Wanda Hotels & Resorts official website (https://www.wandahotels.com/), Wanda Hotels & Resorts official WeChat account, and Wanda Club WeChat mini program;
② Registering by calling the Wanda Club Member Service Center (400 088 8899);
③ Registering at the front desk of participating hotels.

3. Membership Account Management
(1) Account Registration
After registration, each applicant will be given a membership account along with a unique membership account number. Upon receiving this membership account number, the applicant becomes a member eligible to earn points at participating hotels.
(2) Member Information
An applicant shall provide valid and accurate personal data upon registration, which will be maintained in a personal profile with the membership account. All personal data provided by a member in his/her personal profile must be valid and accurate and must be kept current.
(3) Change of Personal Profile
Members can change their personal profile on the Wanda Hotels & Resorts official website, on the Wanda Club WeChat mini program, or by contacting the Wanda Club Member Service Center.
(4) Change of Password
Members can change their passwords on the Wanda Hotels & Resorts official website or reset their passwords by contacting the Wanda Club Member Service Center.
(5) Combination of Accounts
If members decide to combine their membership accounts under the Individual Customer Loyalty Program, the account details will be combined and some content will become available instantly in the master card (such as points, membership status, and consumption records).
(6) Duplicate Accounts
Under the Individual Customer Loyalty Program, each member can have only one account. However, he/she can have a Business Customer Loyalty Program account at the same time.
If a member holds more than one Individual Customer Loyalty Program account, he/she will receive points or airline miles for only one account and the duplicate membership accounts will be canceled.
(7) Account Transfer
The Individual Customer Loyalty Program accounts are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Wanda Club. Any attempt to transfer or trade for consideration will be deemed invalid and the relevant objects for transfer will be forfeited. The Company and its partners reserve the right to decline any redemption or rewards or membership benefits that the Company deems might have already been transferred or traded for consideration.

4. Glossary
(1) Tier evaluation period: In principle, a membership tier is valid one (1) year. Specifically, it refers to twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of tier change (excluding changes in paid tiers or experience tiers). If a membership tier remains unchanged, the evaluation period shall be twelve (12) consecutive months from the date the tier is maintained.
(2) Tier validity period: The blue tier remains valid permanently. Other tiers are valid for one (1) year, in principle, starting from the date that tier is assigned. The validity period for paid and experience tiers shall be determined according to relevant provisions published independently.
(3) Tier rights and interests: Members are entitled to exclusive rights and interests corresponding to their membership tiers. These rights and interests may be changed from time to time according to this Program’s operations. The rights and interests will be published on relevant pages.
(4) Direct channels: Wanda Hotels & Resorts’ official channels, including its official website, official WeChat account, official WeChat mini program, membership service and reservation centers; the participating hotels' channels, such as individual customers and commercial customers who book rooms directly with the hotels as well as customers who enjoy company contract prices and long-term customers; and third-party channels who cooperate with the Wanda Club Membership Program and provide membership benefits, such as the flagship Wanda Hotel on Flyggy.
(5) Eligible consumption: It refers to consumption that meets the points accrual rules after the deduction of applicable taxes, charges, and service fees. Specifically, the member stays in a Wanda Club participating hotels at an eligible guest room price, and pays the guest room price and food & beverage charges (only for food and non-alcoholic drinks; seafood is excluded) through valid payment methods (cash, WeChat, AliPay, credit card, and UnionPay, NOT vouchers, points, etc.)
(6) Eligible guest room price: It refers to all room prices that are eligible for points accrual. For example, price in direct channels, optimal retail price, global sales contract price, national/regional/local government price, certain company-level contract prices (subject to the contract between the companies and the hotels), and certain long-term guest room price (subject to the contract between the companies and the hotels).
(7) Ineligible guest room price: It refers to all room prices that are ineligible for points accrual. For example, group reservation price, special discount reservation price, travel agency reservation price, third-party website reservation price (excluding those booked through business travel platforms that cooperate with Wanda Hotels & Resorts), points redemption room (payment of price difference will not accrue any points), airline crew room, certain long-term guest rooms, free rooms, reserved rooms, and exchanged rooms.
(8) Eligible room night: It refers to the number of nights that a member stays in hotels participating in the Wanda Club Membership Program at an eligible guest room prices during a membership tier evaluation period.
(9) Valid point: It refers to points accrued by eligible consumption. Points that accrue from promotions, gifts, purchases or any means other than eligible consumption are not valid points and will not be considered in membership tier evaluation.
(10) One stay: It refers to one night or several consecutive nights that a member stays at the same hotel. Specifically, if a member checks in at the same hotel within 24 hours after checking out, it will be deemed as one stay.

(II) Membership Tiers and Membership Rights and Interests

1. Membership Tier Evaluation
Wanda Club constantly evaluates all members’ valid points and eligible room nights accrued during each tier evaluation period and changes the membership tiers as per the evaluation.

(2) Tier Upgrading Rules
1) Rules for standard upgrading/downgrading/maintaining of tiers: During the tier evaluation period, the new tier will come into effect automatically once the member meets the criteria for upgrading/maintaining tiers. Otherwise, at the end of the tier evaluation period, the membership tier will be recalculated according to the consumption accrued during the previous tier evaluation period.
2) Rules for rapid upgrading/maintaining of tiers by taking on challenges: Members can participate in challenges for new tiers; if unsuccessful, their original tier will be maintained.
3) Rules for upgrading/maintaining a paid tier or experience tier: The new tier shall come into effect once the member has purchased the membership tier or upgraded his/her experience tier. The new tier shall come into effect when the member meets the upgrading criteria during a validity period; otherwise, upon expiration of the tier validity period, the membership tier shall be recalculated based on the consumption accrued during the validity period.

2. Membership Rights and Interests
(1) Membership Benefits
Wanda Club membership benefits are exclusive to Wanda Hotels & Resorts members and therefore may only be enjoyed by the members themselves. Members may enjoy Wanda Club membership benefits by booking rooms and staying at the participating hotels through Wanda Hotels direct channels. Staying at the hotels through any other third-party channels will not be eligible to enjoy these benefits.

(2) Rights and Interests in Detail:
1) RMB 150 vouchers for new member registration: Exclusive benefits for first-time membership registration via direct channels only. The vouchers are valued at RMB 150, including RMB 50 vouchers for room price, RMB 20 vouchers for dining, and vouchers for late checkout (2 hours).

8) Benefits for membership tier upgrading: This applies to members who upgrade their tiers in the standard way only. Experience tier members, members with fast upgrading/maintaining tiers, and paid tier members are excluded. Upgrading rules shall be subject to those exhibited on vouchers, which are valid for one (1) year.
– The member who upgrades his/her tier to Gold in the standard way will be rewarded with 1 Guest Room Upgrade Voucher.

9) Discounted rate for room reservation: A member will enjoy membership discounts when booking rooms for himself/herself via direct channels. The member price, cancellation rules, guarantee rules, and other relevant rules shall be subject to those published by the participating hotels.
10) Exclusive check-in service: This is subject to each hotel’s arrangement.
11) Complimentary soft drinks or cookies upon checking-in: For the member himself/herself only during one stay.
12) Exclusive birthday gift: A member who checks in at a hotel on his/her birthday will receive a complimentary gift, subject to each hotel’s arrangement.
13) Stay at Wanda Club floors: For branded hotels with designated Wanda Club floors only, subject to the availability of such rooms in the hotel on the check-in date.
14) Complimentary fruit: A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in can enjoy complimentary fruit or gifts, subject to each hotel’s arrangement.
15) Early check-in: A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in is entitled to early check-in, subject to each hotel’s actual situation on that day.
16) Late check-out: A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in is entitled to late check-out, subject to each hotel’s actual situation on that day.
17) Free room upgrade when checking in at an eligible guest room price: A member who checks in at eligible guest room price can upgrade his/her room to a higher level for free. For the Platinum tier, the room can be upgraded to an executive floor luxury room at most; for the Diamond tier, the room can be upgraded to a basic suite at most, all subject to each hotel’s arrangements.
18) Executive lounge access: A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in can enjoy executive lounge access. This is exclusive to branded hotels with executive lounges. Each Platinum tier member can invite one friend; and each Diamond tier member can invite two friends, all subject to each hotel’s arrangements.
19) Access to mini-bar during stay: This is exclusive to branded hotels with mini-bars. A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in can enjoy mini-bar access once during one stay. Only soft drinks and local beers will be available, subject to each hotel’s arrangement.
20) Laundry: A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in can enjoy free laundry once during one stay for up to three pieces of clothes. Wanda Moments, Wanda Yue, and other lifestyle hotels only provide free self-help laundry services.
21) Complimentary breakfast: This is exclusive to Wanda Moments and Wanda Yue. A member who books a room via direct channels and successfully checks in can enjoy complimentary breakfast: 1 for Gold tier members and 2 for Platinum and Diamond tier members.
22) Discounts at the hotel’s self-owned restaurants: A member can enjoy discounts for eligible consumption of buffet and dining at restaurants owned by hotels participating in Wanda Club Membership Program. The member shall provide the membership account number. The discount does not apply to consumption that has already been billed and involves promotional special menus and dishes at special prices. In addition, the discount is limited to food and non-alcoholic beverages and excludes seafood, service fees, and taxes. Wanda Moments, Wanda Yue, and other lifestyle hotels do not provide this membership discount, but only breakfast with RMB 10 off the standard price.
23) Discounts for Lounge Bar: A member can enjoy discounted rates for eligible consumption at the lounge bar of hotels participating in the Wanda Club Membership Program.
24) Complimentary breakfast buffet for children under 1.4 meters: Children shall be accompanied by adults for breakfast. Breakfast for up to two children is offered for each room, and the provided breakfast is included in the room price.
25) Exclusive children’s menu: Hotels provide exclusive menus for children. Children shall be accompanied by adults when dining. This benefit is subject to each hotel’s arrangement. Wanda Moments and Wanda Yue do not offer this benefit.

(III) Earn Points and Use Points

1. Earn Points
(1) Points Accrual Rules
■ A member may earn points for eligible consumption in participating hotels from the date of enrollment in Wanda Club. Guest rooms or food & beverage consumption prior to the enrollment will not accrue any points.
■ Members can earn Wanda Club points by eligible consumption through direct channels.
■ Members can earn points for eligible consumption at participating hotels (after deduction of taxes, charges, and service fees), with RMB 1 equaling 1 point;
■ The accrual of points shall abide by the rules in this Program. A member is responsible for reading the rules of this Program, acknowledging his/her rights, responsibilities, and membership tier, as well as the rules of earning points under this Program.
■ Points, airline miles, and rewards earned in this Program may be subject to tax regulations.
■ The points do not have any fixed or determinable cash value and may not be traded at will, unless otherwise specified in these Terms & Rules.
■ A member can earn double points (basic points x 1 + extra bonus x 1) by staying in a participating hotel at retail price through the front desk of such hotel. The extra bonus will not be considered in upgrading.
① Accrual of points for more than one room
A member may only accrue the points for the guest room that he/she stays in. If a member pays for a room but another Wanda Club member stays in that room, corresponding points will be accrued to the member who stays in the room, not to the member who pays the room price. For example, member A and member B stay in the same hotel in two separate guest rooms. However, while making the payment, member B pays for both rooms. Member A will earn points for room A and member B will only earn points for room B.
② More than one member stays in the same room
In this case, only one member will earn points for the room. The points will be accumulated, and the eligible room night will be accrued only if the name in the room reservation record is identical to the name shown in the Wanda Club membership account. If two or more members stay in the same guest room, the members shall notify and confirm with the hotel’s front desk staff at the time of checking-in which member will obtain the points; the member to whom the points are accrued shall make the payment.
③ No stay and Cancellation of Reservation
If a member does not stay in the reserved room or cancels his/her reservation later than the stipulated period, even if the member has paid the full price for the room, he/she will not be entitled to earn points or eligible room nights.
(2) Purchase Points
A member may purchase up to 100,000 Wanda Club points per evaluation year. The minimum unit for purchase is 1,000 points. Members may purchase points at the front desk of participating hotels or at the Points Mall in the Wanda Hotels & Resorts’ official WeChat account. The price of points purchase is subject to the latest instruction published on the Wanda Club official website or by Wanda Club Member Service Center. The points purchased cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

2. Points Adjustment
Using such gifts/vouchers will constitute your consent to and acceptance of the relevant rules of use set by Wanda Club. In the event of some unavoidable circumstances, such as system errors, Wanda Club reserves the right to make timely adjustments according to the rules of this Program.
(1) Reclaim Lost Points
Points in the Wanda Club membership account are subject to adjustments in accordance with changes to the membership system or points accrual rules. A member can contact the hotel he/she stays in or the Wanda Club Member Service Center if he/she finds the number of points on the bill is incorrect. A member shall provide the receipt issued by the hotel where he/she stayed as evidence for reclaiming points. The lost points will be credited to the member’s account after the hotel verifies the stay with the Member Service Center. Under normal circumstances, the reclaimed points will be restored in the member’s account within 60 days after the successful application. The points will not be restored 60 days after the date on the bill.
(2) Transfer Points
Wanda Club points may be transferred between individual membership accounts. A member may transfer the points in his/her membership account to another member’s account by calling Wanda Club Member Service Center. The unit for such transfer shall be 1,000 points. The minimum amount of each transfer is 1,000 points. For each transfer, 10% of the transferred points will be charged as the service fee. Wanda Club points may only be transferred once during the validity period. The transferred points will be valid for 6 months. One membership account is allowed to accept points transferred from up to five different accounts. Successfully transferred points will not be revoked or restored in the original account.
(3) Expiry of Points
All points will be valid for 2 years from the date of accrual. Expired points will not be returned.

3. Rules of Use for Points
A member can use his/her Wanda Club points to redeem free rooms at hotels participating in the Wanda Club Membership Program, movie tickets at Wanda Cinema, miles of partner airlines, complimentary dining (for direct payment at participating hotels’ self-owned restaurants), or charges for staying in a guest room. The use and redemption of points are subject to the rules of use and membership terms and rules published by Wanda Club, including, without limitation the following:
■ A member must provide his/her membership account name and number at the time of payment. The points cannot be redeemed to pay for the charges if the information provided is inconsistent with the one registered;
■ The points can only be used to redeem for an integer amount; and the amount of less than RMB 1 shall be paid through other modes;
■ The orders cannot be canceled and the points cannot be reinstated after successful redemption;
■ The amount redeemed with points is not eligible for extra bonus;
■ The amount redeemed with points is not eligible for invoicing;
■ The points cannot be used for buying cigarettes or cigars;
■ The points cannot be redeemed to pay for consumption at weddings, banquets, conferences, or any other group activities;
■ The points cannot be redeemed to pay for package tickets for Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, or any other special festival or holiday;
■ The points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts, group purchase offers, or vouchers;
■ The points cannot be used for hotel areas that have been rented to others.
(1) Redeem Points for Hotel Guest Rooms
■ A member can redeem points for free guest rooms at a Wanda Club participating hotel.
■ The type of rooms and required points are subject to the rules that Wanda Club publishes on its official channels.
■ The number and type of guest rooms available for the redemption vary at each hotel, and therefore are subject to the instructions issued and published by each hotel.
■ The points will be automatically deducted upon successful redemption. Redemption orders cannot be canceled or changed.
■ Points will not be reinstated unless in any special or unavoidable circumstances.
(2) Redeem Points for Food & Beverage
Ae member can use his/her points to pay for dining at the participating hotels’ self-owned restaurants with 25 points equaling RMB 1.
(3) Redeem Points for Movie Tickets
The member may use points to redeem for 2D, 3D, and IMAX movie tickets at any Wanda Cinema nationwide. The movies, cinemas, dates, and required points are subject to the rules effective at the time of redemption. The points will be automatically deducted upon successful redemption. Redemption orders cannot be canceled or changed. Points will not be reinstated unless any special or unavoidable circumstances.

(4) Redeem Points for Airline Miles
■ A member may apply for redemption of airline miles by logging into Wanda Hotels & Resorts official website, or Wanda Club WeChat mini program, or by calling Wanda Club Member Service Center (400--088--8899);
■ Before making any application, a member shall connect the airline membership account with the Wanda Club membership account by:
① Logging into the Wanda Club official website by going to “My Account” and “Airline Miles” to combine the membership account with the airline account;
② Logging into the Wanda Club WeChat mini program by going to “Redeem Points” and “Airline Miles” to add a new airline miles card and combine it with the airline membership account;
③ Calling the Wanda Club Member Service Center to request for such connection.
■ Generally, airline miles will be deposited into members’ airline membership account within 60 days of a successful application;
■ A member shall ensure the correctness of the airline membership account number and name otherwise the application for redemption will not be approved;
■ A member shall ensure the number of available points in his/her Wanda Club account is enough for the required redemption, or the redemption will not be approved;
■ The orders cannot be canceled and the points cannot be reinstated after successful redemption;
■ The number of points required for miles redemption:

(5) Redeem Points for Products in the Wanda Club Points Mall
■ The product’s price is subject to the price as specified at the time the order is placed. The orders cannot be changed or canceled after successful payment;
■ All pictures and descriptions shown are only for illustration purpose. Actual product may vary in color owing to the light used at the shooting or the screen display;
■ All products under the selected category of “JD.com” will be sent by JD.com. Purchasing such products constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions of JD.com. The products may not be returned or changed except for quality defects. In this case, please call the after-sales service hotline: 400--606--9068. The points will not be reinstated in case of any return or exchange of products for any personal reasons;
■ All the prepaid cards and electronic vouchers redeemed with points are subject to relevant rules, including the validity and applicable scope. The member shall abide by these rules otherwise unused cards or vouchers will not be eligible for return or exchange. All losses therefore incurred shall be borne by the member himself/herself.
■ Participating in this Program through points redemption constitutes the acceptance of relevant terms;
■ Points redemption is a value-added rewards program that Wanda Hotels & Resorts offers to its members. All products redeemed with points are ineligible for invoicing;
■ For any redemption carried out through any improper behaviors (including, without limitation, cheating, disrupting the system, or conducting Internet attacks) or in violation of relevant rules, Wanda Club reserves the right to terminate the redemption, retrieve the redeemed products, and pursue legal action;
■ Please refer to relevant terms in the Wanda Hotels & Resorts Points Mall for more information.
(6) Pay with Points and Cash
A member can make payment at Wanda Hotels & Resorts Shopping Mall WeChat mini program with both points and cash. The points will be redeemed when the member uses the points to pay for the corresponding price of the product. In case of a refund for the product, redeemed points will not be returned or converted into cash for the return or exchange of gifts of equivalent value.

II. Business Customer Loyalty Program Terms

(I) Overview

The Wanda Club Business Customer Loyalty Program is specially designed for corporate bookers and event organizers. Successful enrollment in the Business Customer Loyalty Program enables a member to earn one point per RMB 5 for eligible consumption made at a participating hotel by hosting events, or by booking guest rooms for its employers through Wanda Hotels & Resorts direct channels.

(II) Membership Qualification and Registration Channels

Corporate booker: When a company/corporate enters into a company-level agreement/contract with a Wanda Hotels & Resorts branded hotel, the administrative secretary or an individual of such company/corporate is qualified to enroll for this Program free of charge.
Event organizer: When a company/individual hosts meetings or social networking activities (such as business banquets, weddings, birthday parties, the baby’s first-month birthday parties, family reunions, corporate gatherings) in a Wanda Hotels & Resorts branded hotel, the organizer of such event is qualified to enroll for this Program free of charge.
To become a Business Customer Loyalty Program member, one must be recommended by a participating hotel or a regional sales office of Wanda Hotels & Resorts.

(III) Membership Account Management

1. Account Registration
Account registration will be first reviewed by the hotel and, if deemed eligible, processed by the Wanda Club Member Service Center. A member will be notified by text message once the account is successfully registered. A member may log into his/her account through the official WeChat account or the official website of Wanda Hotels & Resorts.

2. Member Information
All personal data provided by a member in his/her personal profile must be valid and accurate and must be kept current, and will be maintained in a personal profile with the membership account. The Member Service Center will communicate with members according to the provided information. Where valid contact information is unavailable, the Member Service Center shall have the right to cancel the membership account and accrued points.

3. Change of Personal Profile
To modify a business account information, you shall contact the registration hotel or call the Wanda Club Member Service Center. To modify membership account information, you shall provide supportive legal information, including the membership account number and registration information. If the information you provided is inconsistent with the registration information, the Member Service Center has the right to decline your request, as the case may be.

4. Change of Password
To ensure the security of your membership account, when changing your password, you need to use the phone number you used for registration to contact Wanda Club Member Service Center to reset your password. If the information you provided is inconsistent with registration information, the Member Service Center shall have the right to decline your request. , as the case may be.

5. Combination of Accounts
When several accounts are combined, the account details will begin to be combined and certain content will be available instantly in the master card (such as points, membership status, and consumption records). For business accounts, only accounts of the same type can be combined. Accounts of different types cannot be combined. If the information you provided is inconsistent with registration information, the Member Service Center shall have the right to decline your request, as the case may be.

(IV) Earn, Adjust and Use Points

1. Earn Points
(1) Points Accrual Rules
A Business Customer Loyalty Program member may earn one Wanda Club point per RMB 5 for eligible consumption at any participating hotels.
① Points Accrual Rules for Events
■ Points will only be earned for an event, which is hosted by an event organizer and contains eligible charges of not less than RMB 5,000 in a single event. The points earned for a single event is not subject to any cap. But all the points earned will only be deposited into the master account of that event;
■ When an event participant pays his/her personal guest room charges by the group’s master account, or stays in a hotel at the price specified in the event contract, no points will be deposited into his/her personal Individual Customer Loyalty Program account.
■ The event organizer must maintain an employment or contract relationship with the event’s sponsor company, then he/she is eligible to earn Wanda Club points for that particular event. Points earned for a single event can be split by up to two event organizers. The proportion of points distributed shall be decided by the hotel and customers through consultation. The total number of points split by event organizers cannot exceed the total points accrued for the event.
■ Wanda Club points for event will be deposited into the event organizer’s account after the conclusion of the event and successful payment to the hotel.
■ If the event organizer does not attend the event, dinner or banquet, he or she can also earn the event rewards of Business Customer Loyalty Program.
② Points Accrual Rules for Bookers
■ A booker may book guest rooms at a participating hotel for employees of the same company as the booker through Wanda Hotels & Resorts direct channels and earn points for the reserved guest rooms after successful check-in and check-out. No points will be earned for a guest room reserved and stayed in by the booker himself/herself;
■ No point will be earned for consumption paid with ineligible payment methods (group payment);
■ When booking a guest room, the booker shall provide accurate membership information of the person who will stay in the room. Wanda Club will not be held accountable for any failure of points accrual due to the behavior of the booker.
(2) Eligible Consumption
Eligible event charges: The guest room charges of the event participants, food & beverage charges of the event, and venue rental charges, excluding taxes, tips, and hotel service charges related to the event, and additional consumption made by any event participants.
Eligible room reservation charges for bookers: Charges for guest rooms reserved by the booker at a participating hotel for employees of his/her company through Wanda Hotels & Resorts direct channels, excluding taxes, service fees, and additional consumption.
(3) Eligible Guest Room Price
Eligible guest room price: It refers to all room prices that are eligible for points accrual. For example, price in direct channels, optimal retail price, global sales contract price, national/regional/local government price, certain company-level contract price (subject to the contract between the companies and the hotels), and certain long-term guest room price (subject to the contract between the companies and the hotels).
(4) Direct Channels
Direct channels: Wanda Hotels & Resorts’ official channels, including its official website, official WeChat account, official WeChat mini program, membership services, and reservation center; the participating hotels' self-operated channels, such as individual customers and commercial customers who book rooms directly with the hotels as well as customers who enjoy company contract prices and long-term customers; and third-party channels which cooperate with Wanda Club Membership Program and provide membership benefits, such as the flagship Wanda Hotel on Flyggy.

2. Points Adjustment
Points in the Business Customer Loyalty Program membership account are subject to adjustments in accordance with the changes in membership systems or points accrual rules.
(1) Reclaim Lost Points
① Points Earned for Bookers
The points will be accrued into the booker’s account after the person staying in the hotel checks out. If a member believes the information on the account settlement letter is incorrect, he/she may contact Wanda Club Member Service Center. After verification by the service center, relevant adjustments will be made. The points will not be adjusted after 60 days of the date specified in the settlement letter. A member shall retain all reservation records as evidence for application of points adjustments.
② Points Earned for Events
The hotel will deposit the points eared for events into the event organizer’s master account after the settlement of event fees.
(2) Expiry of Points
All points will be valid for 2 years from the date of accrual. Expired points will not be returned.

3. Rules of Use for Points
The procedures for using and redeeming points under the Commercial Customer Loyalty Program are identical to those under the Wanda Club Individual Customer Loyalty Program. For details, please refer to the Rules of Use for Points under the Individual Customer Loyalty Program.
