According to Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, in this privacy statement ("Statement"), we provide you with details about how we collect, use, protect and disclose your personal information.
This Statement applies to Wanda Hotels & Resorts and all of hotels managed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts.
By using any of our products or services and/or by agreeing to this Statement, e.g., in the context of registering for any of our products or services, you understand and acknowledge that we will collect and use personal information as described in this Statement.
Please note that this Statement does not apply to our processing of personal information on behalf of and subject to the instructions of third parties such as airlines, car rental companies and other service providers, companies that organize or offer packaged travel arrangements, marketing partners, or corporate customers.

1.Data Collection
We collect personal information directly from you, information about you from other persons/entities/online channels, and automatically when you use our website or other Wanda Hotels & Resorts digital channels, and through certain offerings or services available at Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties (such as WI-FI). We provide more details in the sections below. In particular, we collect and use information about you if you (or someone on your behalf) make a reservation to stay at a Wanda Hotel & Resorts property, participate in the loyalty program, or interact with us through other Wanda Hotels & Resorts digital channels. You do not have to provide us with your personal information in order to use our website; in some cases, however, we may not be able to provide services to you without your personal information (for example, we would not be able to complete a requested booking or enroll you in our rewards program). To learn more about how we collect, use and share your information and how you can opt out, please click on the relevant section below.
At touchpoints throughout your guest journey, we collect Personal Data in accordance with the law, and to serve you better. Personal Data is information that may identify you as an individual or relate to you as an identifiable individual. We collect and process the following types of Personal Data about you:
•Name
•Gender
•Postal address
•Telephone number
•Email address
•Financial information (such as credit and debit card number or other payment data)
•Language preference
•Date of birth
•Nationality, passport, visa, or other government-issued identification data
•Important dates: birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions
•Membership or loyalty program data (including travel partner program affiliations)
•Employer details (for business-related bookings)
•Travel itinerary, tour group, or activity data
•Prior guest stays or interactions, goods and services purchased, special service and amenity requests
In more limited circumstances, we may also collect:
•Data about family members and companions, names and ages of children
•Biometric data
•Images, video and audio data via: security cameras located in public areas, such as hallways and lobbies.
In order to meet your requirements or provide you with a specific service (such as dietary requirements), we may have to collect sensitive information, such as information concerning race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, union membership, or details of health or sexual orientation. In this case, we will only process this data if you provide your express prior consent.
If you submit any Personal Data about other people to us or our Service Providers (e.g., if you make a reservation for another individual), you represent that you have the authority to do so and you permit us to use the data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Personal data may be collected on a variety of occasions, including:
1. Hotel activities:
•Booking a room
•Checking-in and paying
•Hotel stays and services provided during a stay
•Eating/drinking at the hotel bar or restaurant during a stay
•Requests, complaints and/or disputes.
2. Participation in marketing programs or events:
•Signing up for the loyalty program
•Participation in customer surveys (for example, the Guest Satisfaction Survey)
•Subscription to newsletters, in order to receive offers and promotions via email.
3. Transmission of information from third parties:
•Tour operators, travel agencies (online or not), GDS reservation systems and others
4. Internet activities:
•Connection to Wanda Hotels & Resorts websites (IP address, cookies in accordance with our Policy about the use of tracers)
•Online forms (online reservation, questionnaires,).


2.The legal basis for processing your personal data
We are committed to collecting and using your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We collect, use and share your information where we have an appropriate legal basis to do this.
This may be because:
•You have provided your consent to us using the personal information;
•Our use of your information is necessary to perform our contract with you, for example, making and managing your booking and operating and providing services in connection with our Loyalty Program in accordance with the terms of our agreement with you;
•Our use of your information is necessary to meet responsibilities we have to our regulators, tax officials, law enforcement, or otherwise meet our legal responsibilities;
•Our use of your information is in our legitimate interest as a commercial organization, for example, to operate and improve our services and to keep people informed about our products and services (including for profiling and targeted advertising) – in these cases we will look after your information at all times in a way that is proportionate and respects your privacy rights and you have a right to object to processing of your information.

3.Data Protection
Wanda Hotels & Resorts is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the information that you provide to us. To do this, technical, physical and organizational security measures are put in place to protect against any unauthorized access, disclosure, damage or loss of your information. The collection, transmission and storage of information can never be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, we take steps to ensure that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect your information. To this end, we have taken technical measures (such as firewalls) and organizational measures (such as a user ID/password system, means of physical protection etc.) to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
Wanda Hotels& Resorts employs a robust team of dedicated information security professionals who are responsible for managing Wanda Hotels & Resorts security program. This team is responsible for, among many other things, monitoring our systems for potential intrusions, responding to potential incidents, supporting property-level information security, regularly reviewing and updating the security controls Wanda Hotels & Resorts uses to protect data, and providing training on Wanda Hotels & Resorts’ information security program.
We require third parties with whom we share personal information to exercise reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
We will never ask you to send us confidential personal information or payment card information via email or text message.
In the event of a security incident, Wanda Hotels & Resorts will notify regulators and/or consumers as required by applicable laws and regulations.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section, below.


4.International Data Transfers
As we operate via a global network of corporate offices, reservations and service centers, data centers and hotels, it may be necessary to transfer your information, for example, information collected in connection with making a reservation or your stay at a Wanda hotel, joining in our loyalty program Wanda Club or interacting with us through our websites, emails or our other digital channels to China, where Wanda Hotels & Resorts Headquarters is located. The information that you provide us during the course of a reservation or through the provision of any other services may be transferred to any of our Wanda Hotels & Resorts affiliated entities and Wanda hotels around China for the purposes of carrying out or facilitating these services. It will also be necessary to transfer this information to other entities, including, without limitation, our Wanda Hotels & Resorts hotels, partners and our service providers in China.
Where we transfer information that originates in the country outside of China to mainland China, we will take steps to make sure such transfer is carefully managed to protect your privacy rights:
•Transfers within the Wanda Group will be covered by an agreement entered into by members of the Wanda Group (an intra-group agreement) which contractually obliges each member to ensure that your information receives an adequate and consistent level of protection wherever it is transferred within the Wanda Hotels & Resorts;
•where we transfer your data outside of the Wanda Hotels & Resorts including to other companies providing us with a service, we will obtain contractual commitments and assurances from them to protect your information. Some of these assurances are well-recognized certification schemes such as standard contractual clauses;
•We will only transfer personal information to China or countries which are recognized as providing an adequate level of legal protection or where we can be satisfied those alternative arrangements are in place to protect your privacy rights; and
•Any requests for information we receive from law enforcement or regulators will be carefully validated before personal information is disclosed.
When we otherwise transfer personal information between jurisdictions, we will take such steps as required by local law in an effort to ensure that such transfer is managed to protect your privacy rights.


5.Disclosure pursuant to legal obligations or to protect the safety and security of people and property.
Wanda Hotels & Resorts will disclose personal information as required by law. Examples of such disclosures include when countries require Wanda Hotels & Resorts to collect personal data about visitors to properties in that country, when a law enforcement agency serves a valid subpoena on Wanda Hotels & Resorts, and when a civil litigation serves a lawful discovery request on Wanda Hotels & Resorts. Wanda Hotels & Resorts may elect to share personal information with law enforcement or others as necessary to protect the safety and security of people and property, to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain, and to respond to an emergency.


6.Cookie and Other Data
Cookie What is a cookie: A “cookie” is a small text file that is placed onto an internet user’s web browser or device and is used to remember as well as obtain information about that part. You might be assigned a cookie when visiting our websites or other digital channels. In some instances, where permitted under the applicable law, cookies may also be used for the purposes of certain email campaigns.
We collect certain data from cookies, which are pieces of data stored directly on the computer or mobile device that you are using. Cookies allow us to collect browser type, time spent on the online services, pages visited, referring URL, language preferences, and other aggregated traffic data.
Functional Cookies – these cookies support the use of the website and enable certain features to enhance your experience. For example, we use functional cookies to facilitate your reservation and to remember your selections as you move from page to page. We also use functional cookies for remembering things like your sign-in information and hotel preferences to avoid you having to re-enter it.
Performance Cookies – these cookies collect information needed to support the website and our applications and allow us to improve our website and identify any problems that you faced while visiting us. For example, performance cookies may provide us with information about how you came to our website and how you navigated around our website during your visit. We also use these cookies to provide us with certain statistical and analytics information, such as how many visitors came to our website or how effective our advertising is.
Targeting Cookies – these cookies are used to collect information from you to help us to improve our products and services as well as serve you with targeted advertisements that we believe will be relevant for you. We use targeting cookies across our websites and applications for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Third Party Advertising:
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may interest you when you access and use the online services or other websites. To serve such advertisements, these companies place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through use of pixel tags).
Other Data
Your browser or device:
We collect certain data through your browser or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Apple), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, internet browser type and version and the name and version of the online services you are using. We use this data to ensure that the online services function properly.
Pixel Tags and other similar technologies:
We collect data from pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs), which are used with some online services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the online services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Online Services.
Your IP Address:
We collect your IP address, a number that is automatically assigned to the device that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP address is identified and logged automatically in our server log files when a user accesses the online services, along with the time of the visit and the pages that were visited. We use IP addresses to calculate usage levels, diagnose server problems and administer the online services. We also may derive your approximate location from your IP address.


7.Use of WI-FI Service
When you use the WI-FI service in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, we may collect and process certain additional information.
What information we collect
Registration and User-Provided Information:
When you register to use the WI-FI service in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, we may collect personal information about you including your last name, your Wanda Club member, your room number and, depending on your location and applicable law, other personal information (such as your mobile phone number).
Device Identifiers:
In the course of providing WI-FI service, we may automatically collect a device identifier (such as your IP address, MAC address, device name or other unique identifier) for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device you use to access WI-FI in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties. A device identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your device when you access WI-FI in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, and we may identify your device by its device identifier. When you use WI-FI in Wanda Hotels & Resorts properties, we may view your device identifier and use this information to enhance our service. We may associate your device identifier with other information about you, such as your Wanda Club member number.
Other device information: 
We may also automatically record certain information from your device including, device type, the web pages, apps or sites that you visit, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use WI-FI (Internet activity information). While this information is generally pseudonymous and/or aggregated, this information may be associated with your Wanda Club member number and/or persistent identifiers. This data helps us to manage our networks and provides us with information about the use of WI-FI. We do not, however, collect and process the contents of email communications or other electronic communications you send or receive when using WI-FI.
Location information: 
We may collect information about your location through your use of the WI-FI services we provide at our hotels to enable us to improve our service and provide certain services to you such as customized offers and promotions.


8.Data retention periods
We generally only keep your information for as long as is reasonably required for the purposes explained in this privacy policy. In some cases, we keep transactional records (which may include your information) for longer periods if necessary to meet legal, regulatory, tax or accounting needs. We will also retain information if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation. We maintain a data retention policy which we apply to the records we hold. When we destroy your personal information, we do so in a way that prevents that information from being restored or reconstructed.


9.Link to other Sites
Our websites and applications contain links to websites that are maintained and/or controlled by non-affiliated parties. In some instances, these websites may be co-branded and display our logos or other trademarks. You can always tell whether you are on one of our websites by checking the uniform record locator ("URL”) on the page that you are visiting. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these websites as their privacy practices may differ from ours.


10.Use of Service by Children and Minors
Our websites are not intended for children and we do not intentionally solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we are notified or otherwise discover that a minor’s personal information has been improperly collected, we will take all commercially reasonable steps to delete that information. In limited instances, we may have a campaign or program targeted toward children. In these instances, details on the information practices will be presented within the terms and conditions of the program or campaign.


11.Changes to this Privacy Statement
In some instances, we may have to change, modify or amend this Privacy Statement in order to comply with the evolving regulatory environment or the needs of our business. Subject to any applicable legal requirements to provide additional notice, any changes to this Privacy Statement will be communicated through our websites. However, if there will be changes made to the use of your personal information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will take appropriate steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on our website for 15 working days prior to the changes taking effect or by emailing you. We will obtain your consent to such changes where required to do so by applicable law.

万悦会是万达酒店及度假村专为会员设立的一个提供增值服务的附属机构。

凡符合万悦会计划入会标准的个人,都可申请加入;经由批准成为会员后,即可享受开设会员账户等殊荣。会员在万达管理酒店的有效消费(详见本条款第6.1条)可以累积积分,存入会员账户,并用积分获得更多的增值礼遇。

万达管理酒店包括万达酒店及度假村所拥有的酒店或度假村及委托给万达酒店及度假村管理的酒店或度假村(以下称“委托管理酒店” )。目前参与万悦会奖励计划的酒店品牌有万达瑞华、万达文华、万达嘉华、万达锦华(丹寨万达锦华酒店暂不参与此奖励计划)及万达美华酒店。

加入万悦会的会员均视为同意并接受所有相关条款;万达酒店及度假村和万悦会有权随时修订、修改或增补本条款,变更后的条款将在万悦会网站即时呈现和生效,将不再对每个会员做另行通知,望会员及时关注、了解最新版本条款。

1 会员申请资格及费用

1) 申请人必须是年满18周岁或达到申请人所居住国家的法定成年年龄的个人;公司或实体不能成为个人会员。
2) 申请人尚不是万悦会会员,未开设会员账户、未被万悦会终止会籍。每位会员只能拥有一个会员账户。(同时参与会议卡的个人除外)
3) 申请人可免费加入万悦会。

2 加入会籍

1) 申请人可通过如下渠道申请加入万悦会会籍:

a) 登录万悦会网站、微信公众号(万达酒店及度假村)、万悦会小程序登记相关信息;
b) 通过拨打万悦会会员服务中心电话(400 088 8899)登记相关信息;
c) 在管理酒店登记相关信息。

2) 申请人登记信息通过审核、收到万悦会发出的确认信息后,需登录万悦会官网更改登录密码,便于日后浏览本人的账户信息和活动情况。

3) 万悦会有权拒绝申请者入会,且无需说明理由。

3 会员级别评估

会员卡分为蓝卡、银卡、金卡、铂金卡、钻石卡五个级别。万悦会将根据会员账户信息对会员进行持续的评估,并根据评估结果随时对会员级别进行调整。

● 级别评估年:一个有效评估年是指从入会之日起每连续的十二个月。
● 级别评定间夜:在一个有效评估年中,以有效房价(详见本条款第6.1条)入住万悦会管理酒店而累积的间夜数量。一间夜,指会员本人在万悦会管理酒店的一间客房住宿一夜。
● 一次入住:会员在同一家酒店完成一晚或连续多晚的住宿。如果会员在退房后的24小时内又入住同一家酒店,将被视为1次入住。
● 有效积分:是指通过有效消费而获得的积分。有效积分可参与会员级别评定并最终影响会员级别变化。推广、赠送或购买等非通过有效消费获得的积分不属于有效积分,不可参与会员级别评定。

1) 升级及保级:

a) 会员在一个有效评估年内,以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效间夜数达到5但不足9间夜或者有效积分达到3000但不足8500分时,会员级别将根据万悦会的评估结果立即升级/保级成银卡会员,并自成为银卡会员之日起至下一个评估年内保持有效。
b) 会员在一个有效评估年内,以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效间夜数达到10但不足25间夜或者有效积分达到8500但不足15000分时,会员级别将根据万悦会的评估结果立即升级/保级成金卡会员,并自成为金卡会员之日起至下一个评估年内保持有效。
c) 会员在一个有效评估年内,以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效积分达到15000分时,会员级别将根据万悦会评估结果立即升级/保级成铂金卡会员,并自成为铂金卡会员之日起至下一个评估年内保持有效。
d) 会员在一个有效评估年内,以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效积分达到35000分时,会员级别将根据万悦会评估结果立即升级/保级成钻石卡会员,并自成为钻石卡会员之日起至下一个评估年内保持有效。

2) 降级:

a) 钻石卡会员在一个评估年内以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效积分未能达到35000分时,会员级别将在该评估年届满之日起按照升降级规则降级成铂金卡或金卡或银卡或蓝卡会员;
b) 铂金卡会员在一个评估年内以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效积分未能达到15000分时,会员级别将在该评估年届满之日起按照升降级规则降级成金卡或银卡或蓝卡会员;
c) 金卡会员在一个评估年内以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效间夜未能达到10个间夜且有效积分未能达到8500分时,会员级别将在该评估年届满之日起按照升降级规则降级成银卡或蓝卡会员;
d) 银卡会员在一个评估年内以有效的房价入住管理酒店,有效间夜数未能达到5间夜且有效积分未能达到3000分时,会员级别将在该评估年届满之日起按照升降级规则降级成蓝卡会员;
e) 蓝卡永不降级。

4 会员资格取消

万悦会有权根据包括但不限于以下情形,可以在任何时间立即而无需书面通知的情况下,取消会员资格或宣告会员累积的所有未兑换积分无效:

1) 会员违反本条款;
2) 会员在申请信息中存在虚假陈述,或对会员账户有不当使用;
3) 会员增值服务违反任何国家或本地区法律或法规;
4) 会员拖欠管理酒店费用;
5) 会员有涉及万悦会任何内容的欺诈或滥用;
6) 单个会员拥有一个以上的会员账户;(同时参与会议卡的个人除外)
7) 会员对万达酒店及度假村员工进行身体、言语或书面的伤害;
8) 会员以任何其它形式对万达酒店及度假村、万悦会或任何加盟成员造成损害。

5 会员级别和礼遇

当入会申请得到核准后,会员即可享受蓝卡会员待遇:

6 积分规则

自加入万悦会之日起,会员即有权获得积分;入会之前所完成的住宿或餐饮消费不可获得积分。积分有效期为3年(以月为单位)。积分本身不具有固定或可确定的现金价值,并不得私自交易,除非本条款中另作说明。

会员在管理酒店所支付的有效费用中每一元人民币或等值当地货币均可获得一点积分。

会员通过在有效渠道产生的有效(客房&餐饮)消费可累积万悦会的积分。

6.1 有效费用包括:

有效的房价:指各种有资格获取积分的房价(包括预先付款订房价、最优弹性价格、全球销售协议价格、国家/地区/本地政府价格以及万达酒店及度假村预订系统确认的特殊休闲价格等)。

以上房价若含“酒店服务费”(指高档酒店因提供人工服务而按一定比例加收的费用,如一般五星级酒店会加收房价的15%作为酒店服务费)、税费,须在计积分时除去。

有效的渠道:万达酒店及度假村官网、万达酒店及度假村微信公众号、万悦会会员服务中心、万悦会小程序、管理酒店预定部等万达酒店及度假村自营的渠道。

6.1.1 计入会员客房账单的餐饮、电话、商务中心等项费用。以及除此之外由各酒店确认的其他消费。
6.1.2 会员单独在酒店自营餐厅产生的餐费(不包括法律禁止的酒精类饮品)。
6.1.3 每间客房只有一名会员可获得万悦会的积分,如果两位及以上会员入住同一间客房,会员必须在办理入住手续时确认并告知酒店前台工作人员哪位会员获得积分,并且获得该客房积分的会员须支付费用。
6.1.4 此外,会员可按照多间客房(结算房间数≤5间)的有效消费累计积分,只需这些客房属于与会员在同一间酒店的同一时间入住及退房,且这些客房所产生的费用计入会员本人房帐并由会员本人结算。

6.2 无效的费用包括:

6.2.1 无效的房价:包括团队订房价,特殊折扣订房价,旅行社订房价,第三方网站订房价,积分兑换房,航空公司机组用房,长住房,免费房,自用房,交换房等。
6.2.2 会员以无效房价(例如:积分兑换房等)入住酒店,计入无效房价内的所有消费(例如餐饮消费、补差价费用等)不累积万悦会积分。
6.2.3 所有的服务费、税费和会员向不属于管理酒店的第三方支付的费用等不累积万悦会积分。
6.2.4 会员通过第三方渠道(例如美团、万优会等)购买或代销的产品或由酒店自行发出的免费券等产生的(客房&餐饮)消费不累积万悦会积分。
6.2.5 会员在酒店购买的卡(例如健身卡、游泳卡、洗衣卡)产生的费用或预存在酒店的费用不累积万悦会积分。
6.2.6 通过无效支付方式(例如后台挂账)结算的(客房&餐饮)消费不累积万悦会积分。
6.2.7 会员作为与会者在团队住宿期间通过团队账单结算个人客房费用,则不可以获得个人的万悦会积分积分。

7 积分\券 - 使用说明

万悦会会根据会员的常规礼遇以及不定期推出的市场推广活动,向会员提供积分兑换礼品或券作为奖励,不论是用积分兑换的礼品还是(客房或餐饮等)券的使用均需要遵守万悦会发布的相应活动的使用规则。

万悦会会籍升级礼遇,仅限于2018年5月28日起,首次升级至金卡、铂金卡、钻石卡的会员。

积分\券一经使用,则视为同意并接受万悦会发布的使用规则。如因系统等不可控因素造成了异常发送,万悦会有权根据活动规则进行及时处理,将少发的礼品或券补发给会员,将多发的礼品或券进行收回。

万悦会的积分可以兑换管理酒店的免费房、万达影城的电影票、合作的航空公司的里程以及用积分支付餐费(仅限在自营餐厅直接结算)。

积分兑换酒店客房:

会员可使用积分兑换管理酒店的免费房。房型及对应所需消耗的积分数以万悦会发布在官方渠道的为准。
可兑换的客房数量及房型会因各酒店实际的经营情况而有所不同,故以酒店发布的情况为准。
兑换的订单一旦成功,积分将自动扣除,兑换的订单不可取消或变更,无特殊不可控情况,积分不予退还。

积分支付餐饮消费:

1. 会员可以以20积分兑换价值人民币1元的兑换比例为基数,在管理酒店的自营餐厅实时兑换以用于抵扣以下条款界定的消费,且可通用于万达酒店及度假村旗下之“万达瑞华”、 “万达文华”、“万达嘉华”、“万达锦华”(丹寨万达锦华酒店不适用)酒店内自营餐厅。
2. 会员需在结账时主动提供会员姓名和会员卡号。如与系统登记信息不符,则不可使用积分兑换。
3. 不适用于婚宴、宴会、会议等团体消费。
4. 不适用于圣诞节、新年、情人节等特殊节假日套票。
5. 烟草、雪茄消费不可使用积分抵扣。
6. 不可与任何其他促销、折扣、团购、优惠券同时使用。
7. 积分抵扣成功后,不可取消且不予返还。
8. 积分抵扣金额不可获得积分奖励。
9. 积分抵扣金额不可开具发票。
10. 积分只能抵扣整数部分,小于1元部分须以其他支付方式支付。
11. 不适用于酒店外租区域。

积分兑换电影票:

会员可使用积分兑换全国万达影城2D、3D及IMAX电影票,可兑换的影院、观影日期及兑换所需的积分数以万悦会官网发布的为准。兑换的订单一旦成功,积分将自动扣除,兑换的订单不可取消或变更,无特殊不可控情况,积分不予退还。

目前兑换所需的积分数为:

2D:1300分/张,
3D:2200分/张,
IMAX:2700分/张

积分兑换里程:

1.会员可以登录万悦会网站或通过万悦会会员服务中心(400-088-8899)提交航空里程兑换申请

2.提交申请前,会员需将航空公司会员号与万悦会会员账户进行绑定:

1) 登录万悦会网站,在“个人信息”中进行航空会员号绑定
2) 致电万悦会会员服务中心,进行航空会员号绑定

3.航空里程一般将会在提交申请成功后60日内进入您的航空会员账户

4.需确保航空会员卡号及姓名填写无误,否则兑换请求将无法通过审核

5.需确保万悦会账户现有积分数量满足本次兑换需求,否则将无法成功兑换

6.航空里程一旦兑换成功,不可取消,积分不可返还

7 积分调整

万悦会会员账户中的积分会根据会员系统或积分方案等的更改而变动。如果会员认为账户结算单上的信息不正确,应与万悦会会员服务中心联系,经会员服务中心核对确认属实后,予以调整。在结算单显示日期 60 天之后将不再对积分进行调整。会员需保留所有的酒店住宿收据, 以便申请调整积分时作为凭证。

8 积分转账

万悦会积分可以在个人会员账户之间转账。会员可以通过拨打万悦会会员服务中心电话将自己的积分转至另一个会员的账户。最低转账额度为1,000 分,万悦会会员服务中心将扣除当次转赠的总积分数的10%作为手续费。一个会员账户不得接受超过十个不同账户的转账。转账成功后,不允许取消或要求退款。

9 积分购买

会员可以购买万悦会的积分,每个评估年最多购买20,000点积分。最小购买单位为1,000点积分,会员可在管理酒店的前台进行购买。积分的购买价格,以万悦会网站最新公布的说明或者万悦会服务中心说明的价格为准。会员一旦购买,不得取消或要求退款。

10 会员卡有效性

万达酒店及度假村保留限制、延缓、中止或取消万悦会的权利,并提前90天以书面的形式告知当前所有有效会员。在此情况下,无论会员在万悦会中的级别如何,会员获取积分的权利和兑换积分的权利都将在该通知发出90天之后终止。 所有未在终止日期之前兑换的万悦会积分均不能再兑换。

11 个人信息维护

万悦会会员所提供的个人信息将在万达酒店及度假村自有的数据库中保存和维护。会员应保证其提供的信息的真实性,同意接受且明确作出以下授权:

由万达酒店及度假村、其下属机构、附属机构、特许经营代理商,万悦会或授权代表万悦会的第三方进行数据控制和管理并可以出于会员记录、宾客服务、广告、市场营销和通信目的使用这些信息。

会员有责任维护自己的会员账户和密码的使用权限及其保密性,并且同意对使用该账户和密码进行的任何活动负责。

12 法律适用及管辖

1) 本条款与规则的效力、解释、变更、执行与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律及相关规定,如无相关法律及相关规定的,则参照通用国际商业惯例和/或行业惯例。

2) 若会员和万达酒店及度假村管理有限公司之间因本条款与规则发生任何纠纷或争议,首先应友好协商解决,协商不成的,会员同意将纠纷或争议提交万达酒店及度假村管理有限公司所在地即上海市有管辖权的人民法院管辖。

1. 万悦会是万达酒店及度假村专为会员设立的一个提供增值服务的附属机构。

2. 万达管理酒店包括万达酒店及度假村所拥有的酒店或度假村及委托给万达酒店及度假村管理的酒店或度假村(以下称“委托管理酒店” )。目前参与万悦会奖励计划的酒店品牌有万达瑞华、万达文华、万达嘉华、万达锦华(丹寨万达锦华酒店暂不参与此奖励计划)及万达美华酒店。

3. 加入万悦会的会员均视为同意并接受所有相关条款;万达酒店及度假村和万悦会有权随时修订、修改或增补本条款,变更后的条款将在万悦会网站即时呈现和生效,将不再对每个会员做另行通知,望会员及时关注、了解最新版本条款。

4. 万悦会会议奖励计划适用于在万悦会所有管理酒店举行会议的会议组织者,是一个独立的奖励计划。

5. 会议组织者在签署关于会议室租用或餐饮、宴会的合约前表明他们有意愿加入该计划,即可通过当地酒店市场销售部(或区域销售办公室)获得万悦会会议奖励计划账户(以下简称“会议账户”)。会议组织者本人可同时持有会议账户和万悦会会员账户,但两者之间不具备任何关联。会议组织者获得会议账户前所结算完毕的客房、餐饮及会议活动不能补送万悦会会议奖励计划积分。

6. 积分规则:

1) 会议组织者预定并举行的会议,必须包括至少5000元人民币的有效会议费用时,方具有积分资格。所有会议积分需通过该会议主账结算方可积分。

2) 可积分的会议费用包括:与会者的客房费用、会议餐饮费及会议室租赁费。不包括任何与会议相关的税费、小费、酒店服务费以及与会者额外消费等其他开销。

3) 在可积分的会议费用中,每满5元人民币即可获得1点万悦会会议奖励计划积分。单笔会议积分无上限。积分有效期为3年。

4) 与会者在团队住宿期间通过团队账单结算个人客房费用或单独使用此会议协议价格入住酒店,则不可以获得个人的万悦会积分奖励。

5) 会议组织者在会议举行期间必须与会议赞助公司(组织方)存在雇佣或合约关系,才有资格获得与当次会议相应的万悦会积分奖励。单笔会议积分最多由2位会议组织者共同获得,积分分配比例由酒店与客户商定后进行分配,积分总数不能超过当次会议产生的相应的万悦会积分奖励总数。

6) 万悦会会议奖励积分将在有效的会议后,并与酒店结算完毕的4周内转入会议组织者的会议账户内。

7) 会议组织者不需要参与当次会议或餐饮、宴会活动,也可以享受万悦会会议奖励计划的奖励。

7. 会议积分可兑换万悦会管理酒店的客房、万达影城的电影票、合作航空公司的里程或其他服务及礼品,兑换比例均与个人常客奖励计划账户的相同。

8. 会议账户不做升级处理,不可转卖、转赠积分;一经查到,将会注销其会议账户及账户中的所有积分。

9. 万达酒店及度假村之万悦会有权根据行业及市场变化随时更新相关条款,更新后的条款恕不另行单独通知,但会在万悦会官方网站上公布,一切万悦会规则及其执行标准将以万悦会官方网站上公布的内容为准。

10. 法律适用及管辖
